Job Title: Head of Central Services
Location: Dublin (On-Site)
Salary: Up to €80k p/a plus pension, annual bonus and more
Troi Search have partnered with a Dublin-based MSP to hire for a Head of Central Services, who will provide strategic leadership, integration, and continuous improvement of the internal systems and client-facing platforms that drive our client’s operational and commercial success.
This highly autonomous role owns the full lifecycle of internal and external tools — including automation initiatives, AI-driven efficiencies, and the products resold to clients — ensuring alignment, readiness, security, and excellence across all systems.
Duties:
- Govern, configure, and optimize internal platforms (e.g., PSA, RMM, documentation, quoting tools).
- Ensure internal systems are secure, compliant, and aligned with business workflows.
- Drive automation initiatives using AI and scripting to reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and enhance security.
- Act as internal product owner for all third-party tools delivered to clients (e.g., cybersecurity, backup, endpoint management).
- Manage the technical and commercial readiness of each product, including licensing, vendor relationships, and internal training.
- Own the security lifecycle of all internal and external tools in line with ISO27001, ISMS, and regulatory frameworks.
- Evaluate, deploy, and oversee AI tools to enhance operations (e.g., documentation, predictive analytics, chatbots).
- Contribute as a key member of the Standards Committee to develop, review, and refine company standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to keep standards relevant, clear, and aligned with evolving business needs.
- Partner with Sales, Technical, and Finance teams to ensure tools support their goals.
Requirements:
- Background in a managed services or IT reseller environment is essential
- Proven experience managing internal IT systems and third-party SaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, scripting).
- Familiarity with applying AI in business operations.
- Experience in security governance and compliance (e.g., ISO27001, GDPR).
- Involvement in developing standards or governance frameworks.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and project management skills.
