Troi Search have partnered with a reputable Irish Healthcare firm to hire a skilled M365 IT Engineer to join their IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2019, and the Microsoft 365 suite. This position will involve playing a key role in a Microsoft 365 migration project.

Key Responsibilities: 

‍

• Administer and support Microsoft Exchange 2019, including mailbox databases, transport services, and troubleshooting email delivery issues. 
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user and group administration, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and domain services. 
• Configure, support, and monitor Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, etc.). 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement new solutions or enhancements. 
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.

Requirements: 

‍

• Strong professional experience with Active Directory administration, Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 and Microsoft 365 administration 
• Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, and SMTP protocols. 
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. 
• Familiarity with email security, compliance policies, and message hygiene solutions (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Proofpoint, Mimecast). 
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in hybrid environments. 
• Experience of participating in an M365 Migration project is a distinct advantage
