Troi Search are delighted to be working with a large client in the Health & Wellness as they search for a Senior Digital Product Manager. As a Senior Product Manager you'll be responsible for shaping the customers mobile app, this product is growing fast and on track to hit 1 million users in no time. You will own the strategy, development and evolution of the customers digital experience which is central to the customers core mission. Member experience, engagement and new ways to support wellness journeys will be the key areas of focus.

What you’ll do:

• Own the app roadmap and prioritise features aligned with business goals and user needs
• Drive improvements across acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Collaborate with engineering, design, ops, and commercial teams to ship high-quality features
• Use data, user feedback, and market insight to guide decisions
• Translate business requirements into clear product specs
• Champion agile principles and continuous delivery

What you’ll bring:

• Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager in B2C digital products
• Hands-on experience with mobile apps, UX best practices, and feature optimisation
• Strong understanding of subscription models—pricing, retention, customer journeys
• Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, KPIs, and data-led decision-making
• Great communication skills and stakeholder influence across multiple teams
• Comfortable in agile squads and fast-moving environments
